Decapitated Chickens Discovered At Westport Home A man who had been dumping headless chickens in a box in the front yard of a Westport home has been arrested by police. The latest chicken dumping incident took place around 11:30 p.m., Friday, April 12, when the victim reported an illegal dumping complaint on Franklin Street, said the Westport Police.
