Andrew Cuomo said some schools may be ordered to close in-person learning due to insufficient COVID-19 testing. Within the top 20 ZIP codes in counties with recent outbreaks - Brooklyn (Kings), Queens and Rockland and Orange counties - the average rate of positive tests is 4.8 percent.  The rate of positive tests for the remainder of New York State, not counting these 20 ZIP codes, is 0.91 percent. Man Stabbed With Own Knife After Being Thrown Out Of Stamford Strip Club A father celebrating his 51st birthday with his two sons at an area strip club ended up stabbed several times with his own knife after being thrown out of the club. The incident took place around 12:25 a.m. Sunday, April 7, at Mystique Gentleman's Club at early 44 Poplar St., in Stamford, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
