A pair of local motorists are among four facing misdemeanor charges after being busted by state police for driving while intoxicated in the tri-state area. Stratford, Conn. resident Stanley Charles, 37, was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs by New York State Police troopers in Monroe after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 17. During the traffic stop, it was determined that he was impaired by drugs and he was arrested.
