Man Shot Three Times At Intersection In Bridgeport, Police Say A man was shot multiple times overnight before being transported to an area hospital for treatment, police said. Officers from the Bridgeport Police Department received a report shortly after 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1 of an assault involving a shooter near the intersection of Sixth Street and Stratford Avenue.
