Shake Shack To Open New Westchester/Fairfield Location Shake Shack is opening a second Westchester County location as soon as the end of the year. The Greenburgh Town Board and Planning Board approved plans for a new restaurant and commercial building at the Dalewood Shopping Center II in Hartsdale, which will include a sidewalk connecting Central Park Avenue to the main driveway of the shopping center.
