Man Charged With Stalking, Violating Protection Order In Newtown
A man arrested nearly a dozen times in the past two months is back in police custody after being arrested for the second time in as many weeks for violating an order of protection in Fairfield County. Manchester resident Matthew Hanson, 31, spent Memorial Day behind bars after he was arrested over the weekend in Newtown when he was found lurking outside his victim’s residence during an early morning run-in.
