Felon, 23, Faces Drug, Gun Charges In Stamford A Stamford felon on the state's Deadly Weapons Registry has been arrested for possession of drugs and for having another gun with the serial numbers removed, according to the Stamford Police. Jonathan Orellana, 23, a recent parole was arrested Saturday afternoon after officers with the Drug and Organized Task Force received word that he was in possession of a weapon, said Stamford Capt. Richard Conklin. With the information, officers were able to get a search warrant and located Orellana where he worked at a retail store on Summer Street, Conklin said.
