CT Man, 25, Caught With Fake Checks, Crack In Traffic Stop, Police Say A Connecticut man is facing a host of charges after being busted in Dutchess County in a Route 55 traffic stop with alleged fraudulent bank checks, crack-cocaine and other drugs. New York State Police troopers conducted an early morning traffic stop shortly before 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday morning on Route 55 when a driver violated vehicle and traffic laws in LaGrange.
