Circuit Issue Causes Delays On Metro-North Update: Metro-North New Haven Line serve is now operating or close to schedule after earlier delays due to circuit issues. Original report: Metro-North customers are experiencing delays of 35 minutes or more on the New Haven Line late Monday afternoon. The incident took place around 9 p.m. Thursday, said Aaron Donovan, an MTA spokesman. According to Donovan, the department is waiting to release the woman's name pending notification of next of kin. Riders saw delays of up to 20 minutes on Wednesday morning, as the bridge was opened at approximately 9:30 a.m., officials said. Schedules were expected to get back to normal later in the morning.. The bridge - also known as the Housatonic River Railroad Bridge - is located near the Stratford Metro-North station.
