Christmas Day Hit, Run Crash In Danbury Sends Victim To Hospital In Critical Condition Investigators in Connecticut are asking for the public's help to track down a car that they believe crashed into someone walking along the side of the road on Christmas, severely injuring them, and did not stop, authorities said.  The crash happened just before 7:45 p.m. in front of 26 Lake Ave. in Danbury, authorities said. The victim was left lying on the side of the road with severe but non-life-threatening injuries. Statewide Search For Suspect: Man Assaulted, Intentionally Run Over, Police Say Police across Connecticut are searching for a silver Infiniti after it allegedly ran over a man intentionally following an assault. The incident took place around 1 p.m., Thursday, April 11 in the area of 85 Laura St., in New Haven. The injured man was found when New Haven firefighters and A.M.R. were dispatched to Laura Street for a medical call, said Capt. Rose Dell, of the New Haven Police Department. Upon arrival, they found a man who had been intentionally assaulted and run over by a silver motor vehicle, Dell said. The victim was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital…
