Frozen Waffle Listeria Recall Expands To 14+ Grocery Store Brands A massive voluntary recall has been issued for frozen waffles sold by over 14 different grocery store chains nationwide due to the potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. announced on Friday, Oct. 18. Man Nabbed For Pair Of CT Robberies Using Fake Firearm: Police A Connecticut man was caught for two separate robberies, during which he allegedly used a fake gun to threaten employees, police said. Both Tolland County incidents took place in the town of Mansfield on Wednesday, Jan. 17. Around 3:45 p.m., 25-year-old Jacob Neff of Coventry allegedly pulled out a firearm at both the Domino’s Pizza on Storrs Road and the CVS Pharmacy nearby. No injuries were reported in either incident. Neff was later found by police near the Price Chopper supermarket, at 1220 Storrs Road, where he was arrested.
