Westchester Man Causes Crash While Driving Under Influence In Fairfield County, Police Say
Fairfield County police arrested a man following a three-vehicle crash which he allegedly caused.
Paul Fagan, 50, of Port Chester, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 27, by Greenwich Police following the three-vehicle crash on North Street, said the Greenwich Police.
According to officers, when police arrived on the scene and began speaking with Fagan they allegedly could smell alcohol on his breath.
Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted, which he failed to perform to standard, police said.

A nearly head-on crash involving two school buses sent 10 people to the hospital, some with severe injuries, according to the Greenwich Police.
The crash took place around 3:09 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, at 1252 King St., between two school buses, one from Royal Coach Line school bus with just a driver, and a private bus operated by Countywide Transportation of Yonkers, which was carrying nine people, Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.
