Know Him? Porch Pirate Follows UPS Truck, Then Steals Package In Fairfield, Police Say Do you know him? A brazen porch pirate stole a package left moments earlier by a UPS delivery truck in Fairfield, police said. The theft occurred around 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30 in the area of Catamount Road in the Town of Fairfield, police said. The subject, shown above, was operating a silver two-door sedan with unknown plates. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Chamberlain at rchamberlain@fairfieldct.org or 203-254-4808. The unidentified person pictured above stole a package from the porch of a Darien residence and police are asking the public's help in identifying this porch pirate. Know Him? Police Attempting To ID Porch Pirate Suspect In Fairfield County Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a porch pirate caught on camera stealing a package. Stratford Police released a surveillance video on Tuesday of a suspect, who can be seen stuffing a package from a local home into a bag before pulling away in an SUV. The video, which was released on social media, can be seen in its completion, here. Investigators are attempting to identify the suspect, who allegedly may have stolen packages from other area residences. Know Her? Bridgeport Police Searching For Package Thief Know this woman? If so police are asking for your help. The woman, featured in a video here, has been stealing packages off of porches in the West Side area of Bridgeport, said Av Harris, spokesman for the department. In the video, the "porch pirate" is seen carrying one package as she casually walks up to the house and takes a package off the porch before slowly walking away. Anyone with information should call the Bridgeport Police tips line at 203-576-TIPS.
