It's Boughton: Danbury Mayor Wins GOP Delegates' Endorsement For Governor In a wild and crazy day, perhaps fittingly held at Foxwoods, Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton held off a strong challenge from former Trumbull First Selectman Tim Herbst and a strong showing from Stamford native Steve Obsitnik of Westport to win the Republican Party's Convention endorsement for governor at the casino in Mashantucket.
