Brookfield Woman Among Three Arrested After Altercation At Tavern Three people were arrested following an altercation at a Northern Westchester tavern that left one man injured. The incident began about 11:10 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, when a dispute broke out among several people who knew each other inside O’Connor’s Public House at 222 East Main St. in Mount Kisco, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
