NYC Man Charged In Fatal Greenwich Hotel Overdose Death
A 43-year-old man previously charged in connection with a fatal overdose death at a Greenwich hotel has been extradited to Connecticut to face charges. Daniel T. Linfante of Queens was extradited to Greenwich on Tuesday, March 26, after being apprehended by the NYPD Fugitive Task Force, and charged with manslaughter for the death of another man on Sept. 29, 2018, said Greenwich Police Lt. 21-Year-Old Charged In Connection To 2017 Heroin Overdose Death In Cos Cob
Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection to a 2017 overdose death in Greenwich. Greenwich Police received a call in regards to an unresponsive person at a Cos Cob residence on October 27, 2017. Police arrived and found a deceased male in one of the home’s bathrooms. Initial on-scene investigations led to the belief that the death was caused by a narcotics overdose. The Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later confirmed that the victim died from an overdose of heroin. Greenwich Police Charge Man In Connection With Overdose Death
A 43-year-old man who allegedly provided a fatal dose of fentanyl and heroin that led to an overdose death in a Greenwich hotel has been charged with manslaughter. Daniel T. Linfante, of Queens, who is currently being held in New York City and awaiting extradition to Connecticut, was arrested by the NYPD Fugitive Task Force, on Thursday, Dec. 13, said the Greenwich Police Department.
