Christian Bernadel, age 26, of Stamford, was found in Norwalk Harbor around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, after police received a report from a boater, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Poice. Man's Body Found Floating In Norwalk Harbor Police in are working to identify a man whose body was found floating in Norwalk Harbor. The incident took place around 9:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 27. According to Lt. Joe Dinho of the Norwalk Police, officers responded to the harbor after receiving a report from a boater of a body floating in the water.
