Bridgeport Murder Suspect Nabbed In Georgia, Police Say
A Bridgeport man wanted since 2020 for allegedly killing another man was nabbed down south.
On Monday, July 10, detectives from the Bridgeport Police Homicide Squad confirmed with law enforcement officers in Fulton County, Georgia that they had in their custody 58-year-old Anthony Marion of Bridgeport, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police.
Marion was wanted for the Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, stabbing assault of Gregory Williams that resulted in his death on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022, Gilleran said.

Rickey Trayham, age 28, of New Haven, was found guilty on Wednesday, May 31 by a jury in New Haven of the murder of Rondell Atkinson on Monday, June 7, 2021, said New Haven State’s Attorney John Doyle, Jr.
According to evidence introduced at trial, Traynham shot Atkinson, age 33, of West Haven, during a robbery at the Pease Road Playground in Woodbridge.

A 26-year-old former UConn student has been sentenced to prison for the horrific killings of two men and the kidnapping of a woman.
Fairfield County native Peter Manfredonia, age 26, who grew up in Newtown, who currently has an address in Tolland County in Mansfield, was sentenced on Wednesday, April 19 to 55 years in prison in a 2020 murder and kidnapping case under a plea agreement, according to NBC Connecticut.
