Newtown Restaurant Reaches Settlement With Feds The owners of a Fairfield County restaurant and its landlord has reached a settlement with the federal government to resolve claims that it did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The settlement agreements resolve an ADA complaint filed by an individual with disabilities alleging that the Market Place was not fully accessible for individuals with physical disabilities,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said.
