Woman Becomes Physical With Officer During Incident In Fairfield County, Police Say A woman with a warrant out for her arrest has been charged following a 2021 incident where she became physical with officers attempting to intervene during an investigation, police said. Police in Darien were contacted by Dellwood Road resident Maureen Ruckman, age 43, on October 26, 2021, in regards to an argument she had been involved in with someone at her home.
