Redding's Mark Twain Library Closed Until Further Notice REDDING, Conn. — The Mark Twain Library in Redding is closed and facing a big repair job. The town's library will be closed until further notice while the furnace is replaced, according to an announcement.  The library closed its doors at noon last Tuesday because of the lack of heat. On Wednesday, officials determined that a new furnace was needed.  "The library will remain closed for at least a few days while this situation is being addressed," said a Facebook post.
