Norwalk Motorist Caught With Cocaine In Darien, Police Say A Norwalk motorist is facing charges after police say he was caught with cocaine during a Darien traffic stop. Darien Police say they stopped a vehicle that was missing a front license plate on Old Kings Highway North on Monday, June 24 around 11:45 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle’s passenger, identified as Mark Cacciotti, 46, of Norwalk, had an active bench warrant for his arrest, police say.
