Separate Hutchinson River Parkway Daytime Single-Lane Closures Scheduled Rounds of single-lane closures have been scheduled for separate stretches of the Hutchinson River Parkway in Rye Brook, Harrison and Scarsdale. Closures are planned northbound between Exit 23 (Mamaroneck Avenue) and Exit 30 (King Street) on Tuesday, April 23, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., while crews perform maintenance activities, weather permitting.
