Kenneth Reed, born on July 31, 1964, was last seen at his parents’ residence, 20 Forest Street in Norwich, on March 24, 1989. Reed is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. His vehicle was located in his parents’ driveway, and he has not been seen since.
