Stamford Chef Fuses Food Truck Favorites Into Restaurant Menu
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Josh Lira always wanted to open a restaurant. But the best way to do that, he thought, was to first find a following with a food truck.
Which is why fans of his popular truck, Crazy Taco Mex, will be happy to hear Lira has opened an eatery on Atlantic Street in Stamford.
Crazy Taco-Mex Taqueria & Tequila, open since October 2017, features many of the food truck's favorites but is much more extensive, featuring entrees like fajitas, chimichangas, burrito bowls, salads, house specialties and a variety of appetizers.
