Fairfield County Man Accused Of Having Sex With 14-Year-Old
A 27-year-old man Fairfield County man who was allegedly caught having sex with a young teen girl has been arrested for sexual assault.
Joan Chacua-Diaz, of Norwalk, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 1, for the incident which took place on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Lt. Jared Zwickler.
According to Zwickler, the department received a sex complaint involving a child on Thursday, Oct. 29 from the mother of the victim.
The woman told officers she arrived home after leaving work early and found her daughter being assaulted by Chacua-Diaz, Zwickler said.
