Cocaine Delivery Attempt Intercepted In Fairfield County Stamford police nabbed a 28-year-old man as he attempted to deliver more than two ounces of cocaine in the Cove. Jesus Seguinot of New Haven was arrested after agents with the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime squad received word he would be making a drop of powder cocaine to a Waterbury Avenue home, said Capt. Richard Conklin. Officers set up surveillance Friday on the home and spotted Seguinot pulling into the driveway of the drop house, along with a woman and her 16-month-old child, and moved in to apprehend him, Conklin said.
