Man Posing As DOT Worker Nabbed On CT Roadway: Police A Massachusetts man was arrested in Connecticut after officers said he posed as a government worker in an attempt to steal. It happened on Monday, Nov. 20 in the Hartford County town of Manchester, according to Connecticut State Police.
