Report: CT Man Accused Of Raping 14-Year-Old Girl, Police Say A 22-year-old Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl at a Milford movie theater and her home in Monroe, according to a new report. The Connecticut Post reported that Ifa Gordon, Jr., of Hamden was charged in Monroe with first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and enticing a minor in sexual activity.
