Mark Twain Library In Redding Hopes To Reopen Soon With New Boiler Updated: REDDING, Conn. — A new boiler is being installed at the Mark Twain Library in Redding as repair work continues since the building lost all heat during last week's deep freeze. "On Jan. 2nd, the year 2018 started with a bang that was our boiler exploding," said a statement from library Director Beth Dominianni and Jen Wastrom, president of the Board of Trustees.
