21-Year-Old Charged In Connection To 2017 Heroin Overdose Death In Cos Cob Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection to a 2017 overdose death in Greenwich. Greenwich Police received a call in regards to an unresponsive person at a Cos Cob residence on October 27, 2017. Police arrived and found a deceased male in one of the home’s bathrooms. Initial on-scene investigations led to the belief that the death was caused by a narcotics overdose. The Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later confirmed that the victim died from an overdose of heroin.
