Alert Teller Thwarts Woman Accused Of Using Fake ID At Chase Bank In Darien An eagle-eyed bank teller in Fairfield County was able to stop a woman from attempting to cash a check with an alleged fake ID, police in Darien said. Officers from the Darien Police Department were dispatched to Chase Bank on Noroton Avenue at approximately 9:50 p.m.on Monday, Dec. 31, where there was a report of a woman attempting to cash a check with an alleged fraudulent identification.
