Felon From Bridgeport On Supervised Release Had Heroin, Handgun, Police Say A convicted felon from Fairfield County is facing new weapons and drug charges after he was busted with an illegal semi-automatic pistol and heroin while on supervised release from federal prison. A federal grand jury in Bridgeport has returned a six-count indictment charging Lynwood Cogdell, 32, of Bridgeport, with firearms and narcotics offenses,” U.S. Attorney John Durham announced.
