CT Man Sentenced For Illegally Manufacturing Machine Guns A Connecticut man is going to spend time behind bars after illegally manufacturing and selling machine guns. Torrington resident Sean Dey, 40, has been sentenced to a term of 24 months in prison, followed by 12 months of home confinement and three years of supervised release after admitting to selling illegal weapons. He was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.
