Detail At Park In Fairfield County Finds Illegal Activity After receiving numerous complaints from residents of drug dealing, alcohol use and other problems at Lione Park, the Stamford Police conducted a "Quality of Life," enforcement detail at the park. Nine officers with the department's patrol division conducted the operation Thursday in an effort to curb the illegal activity that also included public urination, unruliness and parking issues, and to let the public know it won't be tolerated, said Capt.
