Divorce Case Of Missing Mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, Fotis Dulos Officially Dismissed The contentious divorce of Fotis Dulos and missing Fairfield County mom Jennifer Farber Dulos has officially been dismissed. The case was dismissed on Tuesday, Feb. 4, by Superior Court Judge Donna Heller, who has presided over the case since it began more than two-and-half years ago. Heller said in dismissal order that a marriage is dissolved by the death of one of the parties. Estranged Husband In Missing Mom Case Wants Court To Stop Divorce Proceedings Lawyers representing Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of the New Canaan missing mother of five, Jennifer Farber Dulos, filed a motion asking a judge to stop divorce proceedings as long as his wife is missing.
