1 Nabbed In Attempted Carjacking In CT Convenience Store Parking Lot, Police Say A juvenile was charged with allegedly attempting to carjack an occupied vehicle after forcefully throwing a driver to the ground in an attempt to steal their car. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 10 a.m., Thursday, May 23, in Allentown Fresh at 1941 Dixwell Ave., in Hamden. According to Lt. Raymond Quinn of the Hamden Police, three males were reported to have forcefully thrown an elderly victim to the ground. Wanted Alleged CT Bank Robber Nabbed A woman who was on the run after robbing a Connecticut bank has been captured by police. The robbery occurred in New Haven County around 12:45 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 17, in Hamden at the Connex Credit Union, at 2100 Dixwell Ave. Hamden police responded to the bank and learned the suspect, identified as Natalie Medor, age 36 of Hamden, had entered the credit union and passed a note to the bank teller demanding money, said Det.
