Man Threatens Girlfriend With Handgun In Parking Lot At Beach, Police Say A wanted man in Connecticut is in police custody after allegedly threatening his girlfriend with an unloaded handgun and threatening to kidnap her. Officers from the Milford Police Department took custody of West Haven resident Darwin Martinez, 31, at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 11, in regards to an active warrant that was issued for his arrest.
