A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly attacking employees at an area fruit and smoothie shop after his son had an allergic reaction to peanuts and was hospitalized.
James Iannazzo, age 48, of Fairfield, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 22 after Fairfield Police received numerous calls from employees at Robeks, located at 2061 Black Rock Turnpike, reporting a customer throwing things, yelling at employees, and refusing to leave.

A Connecticut man has been arrested for alleged possession of 116 bags of fentanyl and possession of a stolen gun after police received a complaint of drug dealing at an apartment complex.
Jose Ortiz-Rosado, age 46, of Hartford, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 19, by community service officers Steven Pino and Miguel Varela responding to complaints of trespassers conducting drug sales at the apartment building located at 655 Broad St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police.

A drunk Fairfield County man was arrested after allegedly being found inside an area home on the staircase claiming he was working on the house, which he was not, according to authorities.
Michael Ocampo, age 38, of Norwalk, was arrested around 1:40 a.m., on Monday, Oct. 25, after Darien Police said officers responded to an unoccupied vehicle left running in the northbound lane of Hollow Tree Ridge Road.
When officers found the vehicle, they searched the area for the driver without finding him, said Sergeant Dan Skoumbros, of the Dairen Police.

A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly repeatedly trespassing at a popular downtown restaurant after he had been ejected for fighting.
Josiah Shumaker, age 24, was arrested on Tuesday, July 20, for the incident which took place on two nights in June in Milford.
According to police, Shumaker, of Mystic, repeatedly returned to Stonebridge, at 50 Daniel St., after being ejected for being involved in an altercation, police said.
