Update - I-95 Wrong-Way Driver Crash: 1 Dead, 3 Injured In CT This story has been updated. A wrong-way driver crash in Connecticut on I-95 left one person dead and three with minor injuries. The incident took place in New Haven County around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 28, on I-95 on the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge (Q Bridge) southbound in New Haven, Connecticut State Police said.
