The Chicopee Police Department issued an alert for 15-year-old Lea Chaffe, who was reported missing this week and may be making her way to Connecticut. Body Found In Connecticut River During Search For Missing Boy
In a search for a missing Western Massachusetts boy, police uncovered a body in the Connecticut River. The body, which has not been identified was discovered on Wednesday, April 14, by the Chicopee Police Department Underwater Response Team during an ongoing search and recovery operation for the missing boy from Chicopee, said the Chicopee Police. Connecticut State Police have joined in the search for a missing Massachusetts boy who has not been seen in almost two months. On Friday, April 2, the Massachusetts State Police said the Connecticut State Police, along with Chicopee Police Department Dive Unit are searching for Aiden Blanchard, 11, who was last seen Friday, Feb. 5 around 11:30 a.m. when he was walking in the Willamansett area of Chicopee, Mass.
