Man Charged In Fatal Crash, CT State Police Say A Connecticut man who allegedly went ping-ponging through traffic in an attempt to evade police seeking to pull him over has been arrested on a series of charges dating back to a wrong-way collision that left another motorist dead. Robert Kryzkij was attempting to elude members of the Orange Police Department on Nov. 9 last year, when he crossed over the double yellow line of Meloy Road near the intersection of Carlson Road in West Haven.
