Kidnapping Suspect Nabbed After Police Find Woman Walking Near I-95 A man who kidnapped a woman and drove her against her will from Massachusetts to Connecticut was apprehended off I-95, police said. Carlos Rosario-Infante, 34, of Holyoke, Massachusetts, was arrested around 7:55 a.m. on Sunday, Dec.30 by Milford Police after officers noticed a woman walking south along Woodmont Road off Exit 40 of I-95, said Milford Police.
