Boil Water Notice In Effect After Pressure Restored To One-Third Of Danbury A boil water notice is in effect for all Danbury water customers until further notice following a large water main break that left one-third of the city without water, according to city officials.The problem began Monday and grew in scope early Tuesday when a 16-inch water line broke underneath Tamarack Avenue and Hayestown avenues broke.
