Kevin Jiang, age 26, was shot to death on Lawrence Street between Nicoll and Nash streets in New Haven on Saturday, Feb. 6, said New Haven Police. Police Chief Otoniel Reyes said Wednesday the department searching for Qinxuan Pan, age 29, in connection with Jiang’s death. Police: Danbury Man Charged With Causing Disturbance At Bethel Motel BETHEL, Conn. — A Danbury man was arrested at a Bethel motel after officers responding to a report of a person in distress instead found a person causing a disturbance, police said.  Just after 7 a.m. Sunday, police received multiple reports that a man was yelling that he was going to kill someone as well as a woman yelling inside a room of the Best Western Hotel at 11 Stony Hill Road.  The yelling was followed by a loud thump, police said.
