Suspect In Crime Committed Four Years Ago Nabbed Through DNA, Monroe Police Say A man wanted in connection with the attempted theft of a motorcycle more than four years ago has been arrested on a warrant after he was identified through DNA testing. Andrew Dwyer 33, of Waterbury, was arrested by Fairfield Police on Monday, July 29, and turned over to the Monroe Police Department for the alleged attempted theft that took place on April 16, 2015, said Lt. Stephen Corrone.
