Man, 27, Caught Urinating On Road Charged With DUI In Greenwich A 27-year-old man is facing DUI charges after police say they found him urinating on the road in Greenwich. Greenwich Police responded to the area of Sound Beach Avenue on Saturday, Jan. 26 around 4:30 p.m. on the report of an inebriated male driver. The driver, identified as Andrew Allen Lieberman of Montclair, New Jersey, allegedly exited his vehicle and urinated in the roadway. Police arrived and asked Lieberman to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. Lieberman was arrested and charged with DUI and second-degree breach of peace.
