Woman Caught Using Kid To Shoplift From CT Walmart: Police A Connecticut woman was arrested after she brought and used a child to steal hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from Walmart, police said. It happened on Monday, Sept. 25 in the city of Milford. At approximately 1:20 p.m. that day, 32-year-old Ana Lugo walked into the Walmart, located at 1365 Boston Post Road, with a child, whose name and age were not released, according to the Milford Police Department.
