Man Killed After Being Shoved To Ground Amid Large Crowd In Stamford, Police Say Police are investigating the homicide of a man who died of a head injury during a gathering of a large raucous crowd in Stamford. The victim, 43-year-old Leobardo Quintero of Mexico, was found around 9:26 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 5, when the Stamford Police department's patrol division officers responded to the lower area of Alden Street near Stillwater Avenue for a report of an unconscious man, said Lt.
