Darien Woman Charged With Kicking Police Officer In New Canaan NEW CANAAN, Conn. --  A Darien woman was charged with kicking a police officer during an arrest in New Canaan last week, according to police. At around 4:48 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, an officer on patrol in New Canaan saw 37-year-old Adaobi N. Kurylov of Darien riding a bicycle on South Avenue. The officer knew that there was an active warrant out for Kurylov for failure to appear in court for a previous incident in New Canaan police said.
